Begin by creating your free JobLi account. Choose whether you're a job seeker looking for opportunities or an employer who wants to post open positions. Each user gets access to a personalized dashboard tailored to their needs.

2. Upload Resume or Post Job

Job seekers upload their resume in PDF format, and employers can create detailed job listings from their dashboard. All data is securely stored and ready for AI-based analysis.

3. AI Matching & Resume Analysis

Our intelligent Flask-based AI system analyzes uploaded resumes and job requirements, identifying key skills, experience, and qualifications. The algorithm automatically finds the best match between candidates and jobs.
